We are pleased to announce that Forward Health, LLC acquired Sea Breeze Sleep. The office has moved to a new location, just down the road to the south (across from the Harley Davidson). The new address is 18 Lafayette Rd, Unit 4, (corner office), North Hampton, New Hampshire 03862.

 

Forward Health is an organization whose leadership team has over 150 years’ experience leading a medical equipment company. The mission of the organization is to build a disease management company around sleep therapy to improve patient healthcare outcomes.

 

We are confident that Sea Breeze Sleep, with its reputation for extraordinary customer care and exceptional service, will continue to meet your sleep equipment and supplies needs. Sea Breeze will continue to provide service for your CPAP and BiPAP equipment and CPAP and BiPAP supply needs.

 

The staff members of Sea Breeze Sleep consist of:

Jasmin Cook, Clinical Manager, with a master’s degree in sleep medicine

Kailee Shaw, Customer Support, with several years’ experience in patient care

Sheila Roberson, Sea Breeze Manager and CCO, with 30 years’ experience in medical equipment operations
